Did you pass all exams? Congratulations on your diploma! If you took the Z route, you will get a certificate instead of a diploma.
Digital integration diploma
Your integration diploma will be available digitally in ‘Mijn diploma’s’. In Mijn Inburgering, choose ‘Diploma’. You will go to the ‘Mijn diploma’s’ website. There you can download your digital diploma. Your diploma states if you took the exam on language level A2, B1 or B2.
If you took the Z-route, you will get a certificate instead of a diploma. Your municipality will provide this.
Your integration diploma will be available digitally in ‘Mijn diploma’s’. In Mijn Inburgering, choose ‘Diploma’. You will go to the ‘Mijn diploma’s’ website. There you can download your digital diploma. The diploma does not state at which language level you took your exam. The diploma is always an A2 level diploma.
Integration diploma on paper
The paper diploma is provided for free only once. Choose ‘Diploma’ in Mijn Inburgering. Then use the button to request a diploma on paper. Sending the diploma will take up to 8 weeks.
Certified copy integration diploma
Do you need a certified copy of your diploma? In Mijn Inburgering, choose ‘Diploma’. You will go to the ‘Mijn diploma’s’ website. There you can download your digital diploma. The digital diploma has the same value as a certified copy.
The digital diploma is free. You can use it for instance for naturalisation. Only use the digital diploma digitally. A print is not valid.
Integration diploma or certificate lost
You can always download you digital integration diploma again. This is free. If you want a new copy of your paper diploma, ask for a duplicate. This costs €72.
To request a duplicate, use the contact form in Mijn Inburgering. You can also make an appointment with a service point Link opent externe pagina in een nieuw tabblad. You will receive the duplicate within 8 weeks of completing your payment.
A certificate for the Z route is provided by the municipality. If you want a new copy, please contact your municipality.
Diploma state exam at level B1 or B2
Did you pass all 4 components of the Dutch as a second language (Nt2) State exam? And did you pass your last exam after 1 January 2021? You will automatically receive your diploma by registered mail within 4 weeks.
