Do you want to call us to ask about integration? You can do this from Monday to Friday, between 9 am. to 12 noon and from 1 pm. to 5 pm. The telephone number is 050 599 96 00.
DUO needs your citizen service number (BSN) in order to help you.

Calling on behalf of someone else
Are you calling on behalf of someone else? Then that person needs to be there with you. Or you need to have an authorisation. Otherwise, DUO is not allowed to provide information regarding that person.
Appointment
You can make an appointment to visit a DUO service point. You can visit DUO in Amsterdam, Eindhoven, Groningen, Rijswijk, Rotterdam, Utrecht, and Zwolle. At a service point you can get help from DUO. For instance if you don’t understand a form. Or you if need help with Mijn Inburgering. You can easily schedule your appointment online.
