In July DUO has started a pilot with 3 DUO service points. In Amsterdam, Eindhoven and Zwolle you can make an appointment to come and visit us personally. For example if you do not understand a form. As of now you can make this appointment online.
If the pilot proves to be a succes, we will also open service points in Rotterdam, Utrecht en Rijswijk in 2025.
